In a burger market that has become ultra-competitive, we imagined MAILLARD as an answer to the constant one-upmanship. Rather than multiplying recipes, ingredients or promises, we built a brand around a simple conviction: do less, but do it better. From the brand platform to the visual identity, through art direction and product concept, everything was designed to showcase a French-style smashburger in its purest form. With its single-product approach, distinctive graphic world and no-frills discourse, MAILLARD stands out as a street-food brand able to shine where everyone else keeps doing more.
